Who this covers

This policy covers EMPIRE, operated by CryptCode LLC, and applies to people who visit this site or subscribe to an EMPIRE plan. It does not govern the sites our customers build — if you're a shopper who bought something from an EMPIRE-hosted store, that merchant is the data controller and you should contact them.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, chosen domain, plan, and access code.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status. We never receive your full card number.
• Site content — anything you enter into the builder: text, images, products, settings.
• Order records — for stores: buyer email, order total, item summary, fulfilment status.
• Aggregate analytics — daily page-view and click counts per site. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
• Form submissions — messages sent through your site's contact or order forms.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not read your site content except when you ask us for support help.

Who we share it with

Only the providers required to operate the service: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Name.com (domain registration). Each processes data solely to deliver its part of the service.

We may also disclose information where legally required, such as a valid court order.

How long we keep it

Account and site data is retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel, content is retained for a period so you can reactivate without losing work, then deleted. Order and billing records are kept longer where tax and accounting law requires it.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Email [email protected] or call 402-206-4827. We'll verify you own the account before acting, and respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account data does not automatically cancel your domain registration — see domain ownership.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. Sites built on EMPIRE may set their own cookies depending on what the merchant configures.

Children

EMPIRE is not intended for anyone under 18. See our terms and age eligibility.

Unresponsive projects

For individually agreed work (not monthly plans), if we cannot reach you for 45 consecutive days the engagement is closed and your project data is archived. We contact you at least three times first, across two channels, and the last message states the closing date. One reply resets the clock. The full terms are in section 8 of the Terms.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and notify active subscribers by email.
