No ticket queue, no chatbot loop. Call, text, or email and you reach the people who built and run the platform.

Call or text. Usually answered within minutes during waking hours, US Central time.
Best for screenshots, billing questions, or anything you want a written record of.
Guides, template gallery, DNS records, and billing all live inside your dashboard.
Your access code was emailed to you when your site was provisioned. Search your inbox for "Your EMPIRE site is live". If it isn't there, check spam, then call or text us and we'll reissue it on the spot — we can look your account up by domain or email.
New domains normally resolve within minutes, but DNS propagation can occasionally take up to a few hours depending on your network and location. If it has been longer than that:
Card payments run through Stripe. Money moves from your customer to your bank account directly — CryptCode never holds or touches your funds, and we never see card numbers.
To start accepting payments, open Orders & Payments in your dashboard and connect or create a Stripe account. Payout timing is set by Stripe, typically a couple of business days after a sale.
Not ready for card payments? Turn on the Manual Order Form section instead. Customers submit their order and address, you get an email, and you arrange payment yourself.
Everything is edited from the dashboard. Page Builder handles sections and layout by drag and drop. Site Design covers colours, fonts, and your logo. Templates lets you swap your whole look without losing your content.
Changes publish immediately. There's no separate deploy step and no waiting.
Plans are month to month. Cancel from your dashboard or by calling us — no retention script, no exit fee. Your site pauses and your domain stays registered in your name.
If a payment fails, your site pauses rather than being deleted. Update the card and it comes straight back.
If your site is down or checkout isn't working, call 402-206-4827 rather than emailing. Outages get worked immediately. You can also check system status to see whether it's a platform-wide issue.
